Our referrals are tailored to meet your needs and can include home health care, hospice, daily money management and bookkeeping services, legal services, patient advocacy and care management.

Relocation of your loved one can be an overwhelming task.  One must take into consideration the location, cost, quality of care and proximity to family or friends when selecting a community.  TurningPointe can guide you through the process and serve as your liaison for a successful placement.  We do not receive any remuneration from the facility you choose. Our referrals are made based upon a discussion of your loved one’s health care requirements, environment preferences and desire for socialization.  It is important to us that your loved one “thrive” to the best of their ability in their new community.

As needed, TurningPointe refers to its network of specialized legal and financial professionals for services necessary to establish Medicaid.   TurningPointe also refers to and can assist Certified Veterans Claims Agents to procure benefits through the Aide and Attendance program for veterans or their widowed spouses.
